Legal form

This may serve to share the agreements we've reaching regarding the legal form which represent us to society.

As a collective we've been evolving the legal form since we started our activity back in 2014. From an informal group of freelancers, through a SCP (legal group of freelancers), we are now a non-profit cooperative of associated work.

There is plenty of information about the nature of coops as organising entities, but in a nutshell their are based on the following principles:

• Voluntary and Open Membership

• Democratic Member Control

• Member Economic Participation

• Autonomy and Independence

• Education, Training, and Information

• Cooperation among Cooperatives

• Concern for Community
