May this practice orient us in deciding together the best team for a given project

What is here outlined applies for projects that have come directly from an external party to the collective. In the case that a project is brought in by some specific member of the collective, this person can decide if to follow this practice or set the team in a different way.

Making an open call

Concurrent with the Proposal Setting practice, an open call to meet is made by the lead host in the #proposal_team_making channel sharing a template (see below) with the specific information of the project. Everyone in the collective is invited to attend to be part of the decision making process, regardless if they plan to take part on the project or not.

In the invitation to the channel is shared the Proposal sent to clients and the Team Requirements, so the people in the meeting have a clear frame to hold the conversation.

Everyone participating in the meeting has equal rights on the decision, and is up to the people gathered to decide on their decision-making strategy.

The expected outputs for this process are:

• to have the best team for the collective in the project

• to have a pre set percentage of the project revenues to be given back to the collective funds
