This may serve to clarify the membership structure of the collective. It's aim is to provide clear and open paths of navigation among them.
As you may see in our legal form we are a non-profit cooperative of associated work under catalan law.

Making explicit request (to Community link) after at least 2 projects and 6 months. Approved by consensus of previous Core members

Opts out previous agreement on terms with current members, with three months notice.

Removed by Emergency Decision by all Core members

Freelance taxes ('autonomos') payed in advance by core member and returned at the end of the year if there is a common pot for it
Personal accounting fees (to handle freelance taxes) payed in advance by core member and returned at the end of the year if there is a common pot for it
Cost for unforeseen legal support (unpaid work, work harassment, etc.) payed in advance by core member and returned at the end of the year if there is a common pot for it
Covering of reproductive tasks (distributed at the end of the year on a co-budget basis if there is common pot for it)
Summits' costs covered
Support to be discussed ad hoc: payments in advance, credit line (my fridge broke!), sick leave, parenting leave, bonusses or paid holidays, etc.
All this benefits are complementary to existing state related benefits in Catalonia
