Membership
This may serve to clarify the membership structure of the collective. It's aim is to provide clear and open paths of navigation among them.
As you may see in our legal form we are a non-profit cooperative of associated work under catalan law.

Initial Contribution | Payment of the compulsory entrance fee of 750€ (can be discounted from a project) |
Opting in to the role | Making explicit request (to Community link) after at least 2 projects and 6 months. Approved by consensus of previous Core members |
Opting out | Opts out previous agreement on terms with current members, with three months notice. |
Forced leave | Removed by Emergency Decision by all Core members |
Business development | Works actively to generate business |
Brand power | Appears as core member, able to use brand at will |
Remuneration | On a project basis |
Projects | Propose projects to be taken under holon brand |
Labs | Able to initiate labs |
Access to projects | Through the team setting processes |
Committment | Primary involvement in your professional life |
Data access | General drive folder |
Slack | All channels |
Decision making power | Participate in all decision making process with equal rights |
Governance | Work in handbook in editing mode (to be confirmed in Summits) |
Invoicing | Possibility to do it through the SCCL or yourself as freelancer |
Reproductive tasks | Participate at least in one of all circles |
Stewardship | Stewarding a peer from summit to summit |
Summits | Organise, host and be present and active |
Collective benefits | Able to use 60% of the learning pot together with other Core members |
Desk space payed in advance by core member and returned at the end of the year if there is resources in the common pot for it | |
Freelance taxes ('autonomos') payed in advance by core member and returned at the end of the year if there is a common pot for it | |
Personal accounting fees (to handle freelance taxes) payed in advance by core member and returned at the end of the year if there is a common pot for it | |
Cost for unforeseen legal support (unpaid work, work harassment, etc.) payed in advance by core member and returned at the end of the year if there is a common pot for it | |
Covering of reproductive tasks (distributed at the end of the year on a co-budget basis if there is common pot for it) | |
