# Collective evaluation
To frame our conversations we use the framework of [reinventing organisations](https://www.reinventingorganizations.com/), which maps out several dimensions and different approaches to deal with them.
For it we've have this [form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe7cMVAKsd46YuwIbUPY3qf1B1atMwr1gWZMNuCpgJv4OIZGw/viewform?usp=sf_link) which can both structure our reflection visualise both individually and collective where we stand, also the evolution through the years.
Core members and collaborators are invited to fill every year before the start of the season in September, while friends a short newsletter about what do they get from being part of the collective and what are their aimed contributions for that season.
With all this we host a session during the Fall Summit to review it and act upon it.
