# Community

This may serve to guide the facilitation of members' fulfillment of their commitments, fostering and sharing a sense of team work and belonging

#### Main responsibilities

* New members look out & [Onboarding](/handbook/processes/onboarding.md)
* Drinks and other socialising events  
* Trigger [Learning sessions and trainings](/handbook/processes/learning-and-trainings.md)
* Stewardship among members
* Internal comunications
* Hosting governance
* Coordinate hosting of summits and work parties

#### KPIs

* Number of active holoners (people taking part in drinks, holon parties, bringing projects, number of holon drinks taking place, etc)
* Number of legally engaged holoners (core, collaborator, friend)
* Diverisity of people hosting summits and work parties
* Quality of communication among members and respons-ability to team issues
* Number of fits in needed profiles

Currently lead by Adrià and supported by Paula
