Main responsibilities

  • New members look out & Onboarding

  • Drinks and other socialising events

  • Trigger Learning sessions and trainings

  • Stewardship among members

  • Internal comunications

  • Hosting governance

  • Coordinate hosting of summits and work parties

KPIs

  • Number of active holoners (people taking part in drinks, holon parties, bringing projects, number of holon drinks taking place, etc)

  • Number of legally engaged holoners (core, collaborator, friend)

  • Diverisity of people hosting summits and work parties

  • Quality of communication among members and respons-ability to team issues

  • Number of fits in needed profiles
