# Communication

This may serve us to make the activity and impact of the collective visible and clear for the rest of communities out there.

#### Main responsibilities

* Coordinate communication strategy 
* Social media community management
* Promote and coordinate presence as guests in Talks and Events
* Promote and coordinate writing of thought pieces
* Network with stakeholders and other networks
* Keep website up to date with new projects

#### KPIs

* Number of followers in online platforms and yearly balance
* Engagement performance in social networks
* Centrality of our messages in public conversations 
* Number of communicative items (articles, posts, etc)
* Online & offline media presence 
* Number of Awards and public recognitions
