Project coordination

This may guide the coordination and evolution of active projects & labs with the lead person of each project.

Main responsibilities

  • Make sure that every accepted proposal turns into a project and that it has a team.

  • Host or support project team making calls

  • Make sure project teams are accountable

  • Dashboard master

  • Identify project team needs

KPIs

  • Number of accepted proposals turned into projects

  • Hour rate (value for hours spent)

  • Dashboard up to date

  • Case studies and learnings sessions done
