#### Main responsibilities&#x20;

* Coordination with contracted legal and fiscal support, specially in trimestral tasks
* Coordinate invoicing with project leaders&#x20;
* Coordinate transfers (in and out) with project leaders, make them when necessary
* Keep cash flow up to date and accessible
* Deal with pop-up legal requirements&#x20;

* Number of legal issues
* Member's awareness of yearly budget
* Capacity of project coordinators to carry on admin tasks&#x20;
* Balance sheet status
