Main responsibilities

  • Coordination with contracted legal and fiscal support, specially in trimestral tasks

  • Coordinate invoicing with project leaders

  • Coordinate transfers (in and out) with project leaders, make them when necessary

  • Keep cash flow up to date and accessible

  • Deal with pop-up legal requirements

KPIs

  • Number of legal issues

  • Member's awareness of yearly budget

  • Capacity of project coordinators to carry on admin tasks

  • Balance sheet status
